Two complete '56 Cadillac bumpers were purchased for rear guards. each side is two outer tips with 3' section added between, holding three '59 Cad taillights. Fenders were shaped to fit, and as with all other parts, rubber gaskets were made up to seal fit between body and special component. deck lid was tapered in tow inches at rear and new sills formed to fit. A belly pan at the rear necessitated raising the gas tank 6.5" and putting in a new floor. The novel license plate holder / nerf bar mounts direct to frame through pan. mesh is all handmade. All door and hood corners are Busonic Bronzed-hued beauty are rounded. Front end of the hood was cut off and sectioned 4". Grille opening and canted headlight tunnels were formed in tubing. |
Interior is completely restyled with console and FM, record player, bucket seats and fur trim, done by=y Paul's custom Upholstery Shop. Paint is trimmed in Copper metal flake, all by Watson. Frame has been C'd front and rear, with drive shaft tunneled. Wheels are Cadillac wires adapted with spacers. |
